Coaching that helps individuals increase their effectiveness and move to the next level in their career (often referred to as Leadership or Executive coaching) can help individuals who:

  • Have recently received a promotion or challenging new assignment
  • Realize they need to develop their leadership style and skills as they begin to manage larger teams or those outside of their area of expertise (e.g. moving from functional into general management)

  • Are feeling burned out and need to find a way to renew their learning and engagement with work.

  • Clarity on the competencies you are looking to develop; knowledge, practical guidance, tools and strategies for developing them

  • A better understanding of what fuels and inspires you and what drains you. This awareness –  and aligning your actions to it – results in increased energy, balance and resilience
